FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question about ordering from FilmmakerSEO? Here are answers to common questions about our marketing services, payments, delivery, campaign information, and custom packages.
How do I place an order?
Choose the service and package you want, click Order Now, and complete the order form with the information requested for that service. After submitting your order details, you’ll continue to PayPal to complete payment.
How do I send my URL?
You provide your URL directly on the FilmmakerSEO order form before payment.
Depending on the service, we may ask for a YouTube video or channel URL, IMDb title page, Rotten Tomatoes page, Letterboxd page, Instagram profile or post, Facebook page or video, website URL, or another relevant link.
Do I need to provide my password?
No. Our standard services do not require your social media or website password. Only provide the URL and campaign information requested on the order form.
Is payment secure?
Payments are completed through PayPal, so your payment information is handled through PayPal’s payment system rather than being entered directly into FilmmakerSEO.
Are international payments accepted?
Customers outside the United States may be able to complete payment through PayPal depending on PayPal availability in their country and their selected payment method. Currency conversion, when applicable, is handled according to PayPal’s current rates and policies.
Are your services one-time payments or subscriptions?
The standard packages listed on FilmmakerSEO are one-time purchases, not monthly subscriptions.
If you want another campaign later, you can simply purchase another package.
How long does my order take?
Delivery times vary by service and package size.
Each package displays an estimated delivery period so you can see the expected timeframe before ordering. Larger campaigns may require more time than smaller packages.
When does my campaign begin?
Your order can be prepared after your order information and payment have been received. Timing varies depending on the service and campaign.
Can I buy marketing for an independent film or project?
Yes. FilmmakerSEO works with projects of many different sizes, including independent films, music releases, YouTube channels, social media accounts, websites, businesses, personal brands, and other creative projects.

Can I request a custom package?
Yes. If the listed packages do not match what you need, contact us with the service, quantity, project, and campaign details you have in mind. We can review the request and let you know whether a custom option is available.

Absolutely. If you are unsure which service is appropriate for your project or have a question about a package, use our Contact Us page before placing your order.
Will I receive updates about my order?
We use the contact information associated with your order/payment when communication about your campaign is needed. You can also contact us if you have a question about an existing order.
